Junior Infants
Sunday 10th March was Mother’s Day.  We made flowers for our mothers.  We made these shamrocks with Aoife to celebrate St. Patrick's Day

Senior Infants and First Class

We sang Cuigear Fear and Molly Malone in the Seachtaine na Gaeilge concert. We made St. Patrick’s Day men in Art.  We are estimating in Maths. We are learning about Eadaí (clothes in Irish) in Gaeilge (Irish for Irish).

First and Second Class
We sang Mé Féin and the Fields of Athenry for our Seachtaine na Gaeilge concert.  In Art we made Easter chicks and Easter bunnies.  We made up Easter acrostic poems too.  We are learning about weight in Maths.  We are also learning how to play some games in Irish.

Third and Fourth Class
We made leprechauns with paper and we had our Seachtaine na Gaeilge concert too.  Some firemen came to our school.  The firemen taught us about fire safety.  We have been doing lots of St. Patrick’s Day art.

Fifth and Sixth Class
We had our Seachtaine na Gaeilge concert.  We are doing well with Food Dudes.  Food Dudes is a programme where we have to eat fruit and vegetables for prizes.
  We had golf lessons.
We have done our Briathar Niamhrialta.  We made our Seachtaine na Gaeilge posters.  Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Class played in a Mini Sevens hurling match but they lost.
