Junior Infants
We had our sports day last Wednesday . Two of our senior teachers retired Ms Considine and Ms Nolan . There was a Mass and refreshments in the parish hall.
Seniors and 1st
We went on our school tour to Wood field house .We planted chives, lettuce and carrots in the school garden. We are looking forward to watching them grow
1st/2nd
We had our sports day.
We are really looking forward to our holidays.
We are busy finishing our work for the year.
In maths 2nd class are learning about capacity.
3rd/4th
We are watching Wreck-it-Ralph in school.  We made sunflowers for art.

The boys won a county district final and were runners up in county hurling final.
  We are going to bring home our spring onions and lettuce from our garden today.


 We went to the Dunbrody , New Ross The Heritage Park , FerryCarraig and Leisure Max  Wexford for our school tour.



5th / 6th
Today is our last school day before our holidays. 6th class for off  early on Wednesday 5th class are doing comic strips of this school year.

Junior Infants

We have started our constructions made of junk.
We made a Crayon box , a Volcano and a Zoo.

Senior Infants/First Class
Have been busy writing our own stories and illustrating them . We wrote about our dreams.
 This week we were busy doing English and Maths tests.

1st/2nd
Second class made their first Holy Communion last Saturday .




 We were looking at art work by van Gogh. We were painting sunflowers.
 We took out the parachute as a treat for working hard.


3rd/4th
We are making scarecrows for a scarecrow competitions.







 In Geography, we learnt about earthquakes  as there was a small earthquake off the coast of Ireland  in the Irish sea this week.  
  We had a hurling blitz last week against Oulart and the Ballagh National schools.




  



5th/ 6 th classes

Rackard league boys won their district final . We are now in  a County semi final.





Michael  is playing a match in Dublin at half-time during  the semi  final between Wexford and Dublin  this weekend.  
 5th/6th are finished  all their tests for the year.
